Nathan Almlie - State Farm Agent is an insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an assistant to help communicate with clients by text and email. This is a part-time job, perfect for a college student or someone who only wants part-time work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Take payments.
- Text and email clients for outstanding forms and late payments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with texting and emailing.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Able to work part-time, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 9am - 1pm.
- Being multilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
