RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the business goals of the insurance agency through the completion of daily tasks assigned to you.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries by text and email, as well as greeting customers, answering phones and contacting clients via phone, text or email about outstanding forms and payments.
- Perform general office tasks behind the scenes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This is a part-time position. 4 hours a day, 3 days a week in office.
- To be eligible for an internship, you must have an interest in the areas of business, marketing and or technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to show up to work on time with a positive can-do attitude.
- Must be a quick learner in regard to technology, how to complete tasks and know how to type.
Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
